Temporary Residence

We offer immigration representation and support to individuals who desire to visit, study or work in Canada.

We prepare and submit visitor visa applications, work and study permit applications on your behalf and manage all correspondence from immigration authorities. We also offer advisory and support services to Canadian employers who wish to hire Temporary Foreign Workers to fill labour shortages. Our expertise lies in preparing Labour Market Impact Assessments (“LMIA”) for both high and low-skill positions on behalf of Canadian employers.

We also have experience in utilizing the numerous LMIA-exempt categories to support work permit applications. Whether you are a Canadian employer who requires guidance on hiring new Temporary Foreign Workers, extending an existing employee’s work permit or are a foreign national who wants to visit, study or work in Canada, we are able to guide you on the pathway to temporarily reside in Canada! Flat-fee starting at CAD 1000. LMIA for Canadian employers starting at CAD 2000*

Fees may vary based on type of application. Fees are charged using a flat-fee model. Hourly charges (CAD 150/hour) may apply depending on case complexity. Hourly charges must be approved by the applicant prior to incurring. The fees listed are professional fees only and do not include the required government processing fees or disbursements (postage, etc.). 60% of the professional fees are required upfront. The remaining professional fees, associated government processing fees and disbursements are applied to the final invoice after submitting the application. Invoices must be paid within 2 weeks. We accept payment by cheque, cash and Interac email transfer. Please note that we charge for assessment, drafting, preparation and submission of your application – not the result of your application. Results can not be guaranteed as provincial and federal immigration authorities make the final decision on your application – not immigration professionals.
