Hourly charges must be approved by the applicant prior to incurring. The fees listed are professional fees only and do not include the required government processing fees or disbursements (postage, etc.). 60% of the professional fees are required upfront. The remaining professional fees, associated government processing fees and disbursements are applied to the final invoice after submitting the application. Invoices must be paid within 2 weeks.
